Refund Policy
Transparent guidelines on service cancellations and
refunds for our architectural enterprise consulting
engagements.
Legal Insight is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity. This policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds and service credits are issued.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following architectural parameters:
- Failure to deliver core consulting milestones as defined in the master service agreement (MSA).
- Pre-payment of retainer services where consultation has not yet commenced.
- Billing errors or duplicate transactions processed through our compliance systems.
Cancellation Procedures
To initiate a service cancellation, the client must provide a formal written notice through the Legal Insight Partner Portal or via registered electronic mail to the designated Account Counsel.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 business hours prior to the scheduled phase kickoff to be eligible for a full retainer reversal.
Processing Timelines
Upon approval of a refund request, Legal Insight initiates the reversal through the original payment architecture within 10-15 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require an additional 5-7 days to reconcile the credits to your corporate account.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements regarding refund eligibility will be escalated to our Internal Audit Committee. All resolutions are governed by the jurisdiction specified in your localized consulting agreement.
