Product Terms

Specific terms related to our software and digital products.

Licensing

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Legal Insight hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the software services during the defined Subscription Term.

This license is limited to the specific volume or usage metrics defined in the applicable Service Order. Any exceedance of these metrics may result in additional architectural adjustment fees.

Usage Restrictions

  • Reverse engineering, decompressing, or attempting to derive the source code of the digital products is strictly prohibited.
  • Removal of any proprietary notices or labels from the architectural interface is forbidden.
  • Usage of the platform to build a competitive product or service is a breach of trust and architectural integrity.

Maintenance

Standard maintenance windows are scheduled for the third Saturday of each month. Legal Insight will provide no less than 48 hours notice for any planned downtime that exceeds a duration of 15 minutes.

Emergency maintenance required to protect the security or integrity of the digital architecture may be performed without prior notice.

Warranty

Legal Insight warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days from the initial delivery, the software will perform substantially in accordance with the provided technical documentation. This warranty does not apply to beta or evaluation products.

Support Tiers

Tier 1: Standard

Business hour response times (9/5). Email and ticket-based support for general inquiries and bug reports.

Tier 2: Enterprise

24/7 critical incident response. Priority queue placement and dedicated technical account management.
